Quarterly Retreat

We gather once per quarter for an all-day session, overnight, and morning session to:

  • Celebrate wins, inspire growth, and build relationships with peers.
  • Expand our vision for our work and lives.
  • Set SMARTER quarterly and annual goals for ourselves and team.
  • Conduct extreme accountability as a forcing function.

The Mastermind Retreats meet off-site in luxury AirBNBs within a one-hour drive of La Crosse.

All are encouraged to stay both nights to get the full experience. Locations are close, allowing those with evening family obligations who can’t stay for one or either night to make it to the daytime activities.

Retreats are typically Monday-Wednesday, Tuesday-Thursday, or Wednesday-Friday. They are never on weekends. These are primarily professional development and are part of your work week.

You will meet other driven professionals to motivate you to be your best. You will learn practices and principles to win your life. You will encounter uncommon accountability to motivate you to achieve every success you are capable of attaining.

This is NOT a referral networking group. At no point on any agenda is the giving and receiving of referrals. If you develop referral relationships with the other professionals you meet in the Mastermind outside of events, that’s up to you.

Likely, the group will fade fast as the one who is facilitating for free loses interest. The other group members will also likely peter out.
